Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the carrier selected at checkout

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers.

A tracking number will be provided when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Weather-related delays

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist with locating your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).

We will review the situation and work with you to find a resolution.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available for your shipment, you will receive it once your order has been shipped.
