Thank you for supporting Georgina’s Bowtique! Because our products are handmade, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Hair bows must be unworn, undamaged, and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.
- Glitter gels must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
All of our hair bows and glitter gels are handmade. Because of the handmade nature of our products:
- Slight variations in size, shape, glitter placement, and appearance may occur.
- Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, camera settings, screen displays, and device settings.
- Minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Used or opened glitter gels.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
- Items returned after the 14-day return period.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the error was made by our business, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping cost, or send a replacement at no additional charge.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.
